Red Elephant Imports processes personal information in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
Name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment gateway, Netcash, and are never stored on our servers. EFT payments go directly to our bank account. Analytics data is collected in aggregate.
Why we process it
To fulfil and deliver your order, provide support, meet tax and accounting obligations, and, only where you have opted in, to send marketing by email or WhatsApp. Consent is captured explicitly on every form that collects your data and can be withdrawn at any time.
