This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act).
Cooling-off right
For applicable purchases concluded online, you may cancel within 7 days of delivery without reason and without penalty, in terms of section 44 of the ECT Act. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is for your account unless the goods are defective.
Defective or incorrect goods
Under section 56 of the CPA you may return goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their intended purpose within 6 months of delivery, for repair, replacement or refund at your election. Strings that have been fitted and played with are excluded unless the defect is inherent to the product.
